Crumbs: From the war to the table

I define myself as a foodie, not for today’s passion for food but all my food-related memories. Food defines me; it is part of my culture.

I will never forget the first time I tried crumbs, in Spanish, “migas”. I was at my grandmother’s home. I saw some old bread soaked with milk. I sat next to her and saw how she started cooking, not before listening to her story.
